Welcome to 4IR AIVA, a service provided by Fourth Industrial Revolution Inc. (“4IR Inc.”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
4IR AIVA provides remote virtual assistant services to businesses primarily based in the United States. These assistants support tasks such as administrative work, marketing assistance, customer service, and other non-technical business operations. Details of available services are outlined on our website.
There are no age or legal requirements to use our services. By using our services, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
We intend to use Stripe for billing. All payment terms, including invoicing, late fees, and refund policies, will be detailed in the business agreement signed by each client prior to onboarding.
To ensure smooth service delivery, clients agree to:
Provide clear and timely instructions to their assigned virtual assistant.
Supply any necessary tools, access, or credentials needed to perform the tasks.
Treat assistants with professionalism and respect.
Use services solely for their internal business needs (no reselling or subcontracting).
Termination terms, including cancellation procedures and notice periods, are governed by the service agreement each client signs with 4IR Inc.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4IR Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in the 30 days preceding any claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
